L'Oreal разыскивает человека, который будет определять ассортимент, следить за выполнением ключевых показателей и руководить запусками новых продуктов парфюмерной и косметической линий YSL в России. Среди требований – минимум три года опыта, руководство запуском новых продуктов, прекрасные коммуникационные навыки и, очевидно, высокий уровень владения английским – на нем составлен и текст вакансии.

Responsibilities

– Deliver axe performance KPIs: Sell-in, Sell-out, rankings, market share and profit;
– Implement local marketing plan in line with the global guidelines and deliver launches KPIs. Adjust axe strategy and activation plan in response to the fast changing environment;
– Plan and execute local 360 launch campaigns (Digital, ATL, BTL, CRM, PR, Bloggers activation) in line with the global guidelines;
– Manage product portfolio considering lines and SKUs performance analysis, launch plans and market trends;
– Manage axe budget and its effective implementation.
– Cooperate with trade marketing, sell-in, sell-out, PR and training teams to implement the retail activation strategy (priorities, planograms, promo-strategy, market share targets, major activations and events);
– Deliver tailored plans for specific customers, dedicated plans for flagships with focus on retail experience;
– Ensure legal compliance of brand communications: packaging, advertising, sales tools.
– Monitor market trends, competitors’ activations and get and implement the key learnings for the brand development;
– Collaborate with international team: ensure alignment, timely reporting, best-in-class relationship and collaboration;
